My husband preached a sermon, and I will never forget his words, “Just because you were left for dead, don’t mean you have to die, get up and live.” These words are indeed powerful. How many times have you been left by a friend, spouse, fiancé..etc? The pain of it all is hurtful, and it weighs heavy on your heart and your mind. I’ve been here before, hanging on to old memories of girlfriends that left. And past relationships when young. Can you relate? It is all a plot and plan of the enemy to keep you stuck in yesterday. Listen, you have a lot of living to do. You have planes to catch, things to build, and create. Get up! Get up and Live. God promises us a life of freedom, peace, and harmony, so don’t you dare allow a person that left you to cause you to stay stuck and sad. It is tough. Some people left you for no reason, but it’s ok because it may have been for your good. Hold your head up. Pick yourself up. You are going to be just fine. God has a way of protecting us. I’m praying for you.
